Brody Bush, the fifth Varsity lacrosse coach at Conestoga, is in his 3rd season as the Pioneer’s Head Coach.   Coach Bush has also been the Pioneer's offensive coordinator from 2009-2014 and in that time compiling a record of 136-38.  From 2009 to present he Pioneers have won three PIAA State Championships consecutively from 2010-2012 and made the state final game five of those years, Also in that time the Conestoga Pioneers have been District 1 Champions four times, District 1 runner-up once and five time Central League Champions winning it in 2016.  Coach Bush is a health and physical education teacher in the school district at Tredyffrin Easttown Middle School.

 

Coach Bush who grew up close by played at Penncrest High School was a high school All-American as well as Central League MVP.  Coach Bush also helped the United States win the gold medal for the U-19 U.SA. Team in Tokyo, Japan 1996.  Coach Bush played his college career at Rutgers University where he was able be a four year starter, team captain, north/south game participant and also is in the top ten all-time assist and point record book at Rutgers.  Professionally Coach Bush played for the Philadelphia Wings and also internationally in Australia.

 

Coach Bush has coached at all different levels from middle school, high school and college.  His first job out of Rutgers was as the assistant coach at Williams College where his team won the ECAC that year, Coach Bush also volunteered to help start the Immaculata University program for men's lacrosse.   With this college coaching experience he understand the recruiting process that will help many of his players to go and play at some of the best lacrosse schools in the nation. He understands that Conestoga is a school that cannot be over looked when recruiting talent and knowledgeable lacrosse players and has a great tradition. Many former Conestoga players are now on the rosters of top tier lacrosse schools in the country.
